About

Office Hours Advisory was established after more than fifteen years working directly with undergraduate students as a faculty member and senior academic leader at a nationally recognized business school. In my current role as an Associate Dean, I have coached hundreds of students through challenges with academics, time management, major selection, and campus engagement. Helping them move from uncertainty to clarity and confidence. I bring that same student‑centered, practical approach to one‑on‑one coaching, giving families an insider’s view of what it really takes to succeed in college.

Why I Do This

For years, I’ve met with students during my own office hours who were overwhelmed, embarrassed, or convinced they “just weren’t cut out for college,” when the real issue was that they just needed to learn how to manage college life. I founded Office Hours Advisory because I kept seeing the same pattern: caring, invested parents, capable students, and a gap between high school and college expectations that created stress for the whole family.

I want to close that gap. I want your student to have a trusted, experienced adult who can translate how college really works into clear steps, steady accountability, and a calmer path forward. And I want you to feel less alone in this process, knowing someone who understands the system from the inside is walking alongside your student.
